I offer various pathways to meet your needs and preferences. Non-judgemental, compassionate approach is central to all these ways of working together.

Depending on your needs and preferences, I offer various pathways:
Mentoring for sustainable behaviour change relating to nutrition and physical activity with improvements in health related biomarkers as the target outcome.
A commitment of minimum of 6 sessions is needed for this pathway. Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly, with the option of further sessions on a monthly basis.
£50 per session (50 minute sessions), plus follow up email with brief notes of our discussion and links to further reading or information sources sent within one day of our session.
Tutoring in Compassionate Mind Training: A commitment of 8 sessions is the minimum for this approach, offered weekly or fortnightly.
£50 per session (50 minute sessions), plus follow up email with brief notes of our discussion and links to further reading or information sources sent within one day of our session.
Non-directive coaching for behaviour change: In this pathway topics for discussion and priorities for action are all for you to choose. Suggested commitment is between 5 and 8 sessions.
£50 per session (50 minute sessions). Due to the non-directive nature of this approach, I don’t send follow up email with notes, though you may wish to make notes to share with me to support your own accountability.
Knowledge transfer pathway: an overview of up-to-date research into modifiable behaviours to effect change on the health topic you specify. Similar in format to a presentation, information is provided in non-technical language with real-world examples. This pathway can be completed in one or two sessions.
£150 per session (60 minute session), plus follow up email with overview of information presented and links to further reading or information sources sent within one day of our session.

These 1-1 sessions are offered via video call, to take place during either: weekday evenings between 6pm and 8 pm, on weekend days between 11am and 5 pm, or Thursdays between 10 am and 2 pm. (If your preference is for face-to-face sessions, I can offer these in the North Somerset area. Please note the session cost will be higher to include room hire charges.)
